Très déçu de mon expérience avec cette compagnie. Le service client laisse à désirer et les promesses faites ne sont pas tenues. On m'a vendu un canapé censé être anti-tache, mais ce n'est pas du tout le cas. J'ai l'impression d'avoir été trompé et je ne recommande pas du tout cette entreprise

If i could give 0 stars i would!! this place scammed my mother into buying 4K worth of furniture, then asked her to sign up via flexiti and did not explain the terms to her. flexiti started billing her even before the furniture was delivered...she changed her mind and wanted to cancel the order and they refused to cancel or even try to work with her on cancelling for a small percentage, MIND YOU this was a floor model and not made to order!! 6 months later and she still doesn't have sofas. imagine being billed for a product ... read more

Expérience horrible! Leur objectif est de réaliser la vente et absolument aucun service par la suite ! Une fois le sofa reçu, nous constatons que les pieds du canapé qu'ils nous ont donnés ont aucune indication où les percer et sont défectueux. Après plusieurs appels, nous avons dû retourner au magasin et ils ont finalement dit qu'ils enverraient quelqu'un au plus tard le lendemain pour tout installer.
