I recently bought a sofa bed. Carol and Gary were very informative and helpful throughout. Gary delivered the item, installed it upstairs and removed all the packaging. A great service. And a business I will be happy to buy from in the future.

I recently purchased 3 items of bedroom furniture and a mattress from Avenue Interiors. Carol who helped me get the order together, was efficient and helpful in checking availability of items that weren't in store. She and Gary(?) worked well together to check measurements for me, including underbed height for storage, and arrange delivery, keeping me informed and working to my availability for delivery. I purchased an art deco clock in late January on the basis new stock was due to arrive in mid-February. Sadly, however, the manufacturer failed to supply the expected stock. The transaction had to be cancelled and refunded in March, which was most unfortunate. Luckily though, the customer service at Avenue Interiors is exceptional! I had been looking for a dressing table for months and couldn’t find any I liked because I had something very specific in mind! Then I discovered Avenue Interiors! I found a beautiful dressing table that was just what I was after and ordered it to be delivered direct from the supplier. The whole process couldn’t have been easier, I had to change the delivery day which was so easy to do with the courier. All very helpful and knowledgeable. Took time to explain features on rise and recliner chairs and various options. Followed up promptly and efficiently on a VAT enquiry. Price good too with free delivery an added bonus. Really good experience.
