Horrible customer service I’m pretty sure the guy doesn’t like his job an I would never let you do service on my vehicle with that attitude.
I had a very particular shape needed for a vanity mirror. The price was surprisingly reasonable, the turnaround was just a handful of days, and the mirror fit perfectly into its housing. I'll be back again, and I've already recommended this shop to a friend, because this was an incredibly painless process. Thanks so much, guys!
I would never recommend these guys again. We have done alot of business with them but it seems that their customer service needs some help. The guy answering the phone and scheduling is the rudest person I've encountered in awhile. They are highly unprofessional and unreliable. I recommend Bacon and Vanbuskirk, they have OUTSTANDING customer service and do not act like customers are the last thing they want to deal with.
I would give ZERO stars if I could. I honestly don’t know how they’re still in business. I went in there to ask them a few questions about my 3 windows that my husband and I needed done. He wasn’t friendly and could care less if he got business or not. I went to go get the windows (which were heavy) and he literally STARED at me as I struggled carrying these 3 windows back and forth as I had to also open the door by myself too….what an a$$.
