Always do a great job Our company always goes to Avenue Glass and they are always professional, courteous, and reasonably priced.
Great job! At least once a year, over the last 9 years of owning our home in Dawson, IL, we have a window "pop". Avenue Glass has done an excellent job in replacing them. The crew they send is always on-time, pleasant to talk with, and professional. We have never had a problem with any of the windows they have replaced.
Third generation fails, business to close due to management problems! I was a thirty plus year account customer. Customer service has collapsed. I had many years of good service and relations with this company. It's changed. Stay away! They pulled shenanigans on me. BBB and Attorney General have been notified.

Avenue glass and the worst service ever I have ordered a sliding glass door to be replaced. It has been several months now after I was told it would just be a week. I even got a phone call from them telling me it was here and they were coming out to put it in. Then they later called me back and told me that they were mistaken and it had not come in. Rude I had ordered some glass and checked a week or so later if it was ready. I was told it was, advised of the closing time and arranged to pick it up later that afternoon. Arriving 8 minutes before closing time I found a man closing the store and informing me that he could not help seeing as he had cashed out the register.
