The owner of this boutique is not to be trusted. She rented my son a house starting June 1, 2025 but the AC was not able to cool the place below 80 - 82. The laundry room stunk to high heaven because of a dead rat and there were signs of rats (rat poop) in all the kitchen cabinets. When he pointed these things out to her, she said she would have workmen to come to fix things, but it never happened. Always wanted to check this place out when I first arrived in Tucson nearly 20 years ago. Today I noticed the place on Broadway cleared.
Their hours on instagram show they’re open Sundays at 11. Showed up and no one was there - no hours on the door or anything :(
I purchased a top from Avenue online and after 10 days of not receiving any notifications, I sent them an email. They wrote back explaining they were unable to ship due to manufacturing. This is not a cheap shirt. It was over $150. I was told I would be getting a refund. Another week went by and I asked when I would be expecting a refund, and I got no response.
