Excellent care!! Dr. Ryan Tze-Wai Longenecker is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and patient. His admin assistant is friendly, efficient, and willing to help in any way. The office is bright, clean and nicely decorated. The treatments, that were administered to me, lead to a wonderful, successful outcome!! Only slightly negative point is that the office is on the second floor which is reached by climbing 18 stairs --- these stairs have a rail to hold on both walls which definitely helps. I highly recommend avenue acupuncture! I was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy and came into the clinic a week later. Ryan was very patient and reassuring. I am fully recovered in 6 sessions and feeling great. The overall experience was smooth and extremely helpful.
