So frustrated. Their website isn't updated to indicate they are closed/renovating/moving. Website is still taking reservations and sending reminders to those who have made reservations. Thank goodness I learned that they might be closed from a friend who lives locally in Marion or else I might have driven an hour only to find them closed. How does a business known for prom and bridal dresses suddenly close down to move and not update their website and simply put a note up saying they moved to the mall. Looked yesterday and they had appointments available for today website says they’re open phone number isn’t working and we ran into another group also looking for this mall location and found nothing. What a disaster! We will never shop here again! We ordered a dress from here for homecoming. He said the dresses take 2-4 days to arrive but it took two weeks. He didn’t even call when the dress arrived, we had to call him to let us know it had arrived. And on top of that, the dress he ordered was the wrong size! He said he would make alterations to make it fit and ended up putting a hole in the dress. This guy is only interested in making a quick penny.
