Don't ever ever call this place. Instead of waiting on hold for 3 hours. Just take the hour to go inperson to schedule appointments. It's the only way to bring the humanity out of those people
The doctor is great and super nice. But the office staff is unprofessional and don’t care I was suppose to have a referral & the doctor must’ve forgot to put it on my chart. The front office don’t care and kept transferring me to the referral line which no one ever answers & the front office never once tried to help me or contact the doctor. She kept saying basically the doctor didn’t put down referral and I’ll just gotta wait although it’s been days.
Amazing office had a great experience thank you so much for all the ladies that work there especially ms marisela such a great help she went above and beyond to explain everything to me thank you for all your help , highly recommend
The doctor is great here but the front desk don't care for there patients I called for 4 days for getting my refill request done over to cvs for more refills don't go here if you are in need of meds and good luck on getting ahold of the right person I tried one more time today was on hold for 10min waiting for a response on refills i already have a nother appointment eles were for a pcp doctor.
I enjoyed my 1st visit with Dr Therese she listened and she got me on the right track on my health and the lady's behind the desk very sweet and understanding I highly recommend this place thank yall again.
