Had a gift card from Xmas. I go to order something and the website is down and appears they are possibly out of business?
Ordered fly fishing gear and was charged as ordered. None of the order was fulfilled. Company said they would refund me and then cancelled the refund. Company has not replied to my request to take care of this. Would not consider ordering from them.
One of the worst experiences I have had in a long time. Sent an email asking if they had the bike I wanted in stock and they replied that they did. I ordered it the next day (spent $7,000) and after a whole month had not heard anything. I kept reaching out asking where the bike was and couldn’t get anything except they were working on it. Tried cancelling the order but they charge a fee which was $700. After nine weeks they still hadn’t even given me a tracking number and still could not tell me where the bike was. Just a horrible company. Spend your money elsewhere unless you are looking to have a negative experience. They will take your money and run.
