Great Company
The service wasn't horrible but I found their fees to be beyond excessive, which has led to the low rating and experience for me. When asked as to why the high fees, I was told that more work was involved in my file. I buy and sell properties relatively frequently. No other company has given that excuse ever. Beware. Ask for the fees up front.
