Bought a Royal smart bed with massage chair and mattress as a full package. It’s been approx 7 months and now the mattress caves in the centre after being on it for about an hour. Had both of the owners come and inspect it and they agree with me however they will not exchange it as it “doesn’t look damaged physically on the outside”. Also the bed frames are non standard sizes for Australia as their mattress does not fit correctly as advised by the owner Bugra.
