This is the worst bank in every way. No zelle for business accounts. Overdraft fees will collect all day even if you put in a deposit same day. The ATM in Pueblo doesn't take cash deposits. Business loans are pulled from personal credit. We have 2 personal accounts, 2 business accounts, a credit card and an RV loan through them with zero reward. We are pulling everything out of Blue as we speak. They have pulled the last straw with the 1987 ATM machine.
Have had an amazing experience with this credit Union and highly recommend for the smart and polite employees. Alex was a blessing in opening up my mom's trust account and the branch manager is amazing at her job.

BFCU you guys are amazing! I always feel so welcomed when walking in the lobby! You helped me refinance my car and the process was so smooth! All of the tellers are helpful! I fully recommend BFCU!
Horrible customer service . Applied for a boat loan and it took more than a week to get back to me . I had to call daily to get an update . Nobody ever called with updates. Each time it would be someone new assigned to my loan. Will never use for lending purposes .
