They are very friendly staff every time i call my aunt. <3
My mother lived at Avenir for a year a half. It was expensive, but with dementia there aren't a lot of options. It has been a year this month since her death and their manager just sent me a bill for $50. (All financial matters were completed after her death.) The lack of empathy and uncaring attitude leaves me with a very bad taste.
Very attentive healthcare and professionally run care home. Happy that my parents got to spend time in this home away from home. My mom thought she was on a holiday.
