Absolutely terrible customer service. My girlfriend called because she sent someone money on Wednesday. It just posted today apparently even though it took money out of her account on WEDNESDAY two whole days ago, and I saw with my own eyes that it said current transaction not pending and it posted the money transaction on her account. Do not recommend the Yuma branch unless you are going with Clara! Clara is amazing and the only reason I’m giving the Yuma branch 2 stars or else would be 0! San Luis branch is fast, helpful, and willing to assist you with any needs.
The name.says it all.. It's almost as if they don't even know what real banking practices are or don't know their actual job and they're just experimenting on you it's really an uncomfortable experience. Take ur business to another bank. It's only a matter of time before this one's closed down.
Expect DELAYS. Ordered checks, one month later nothing. Triple check mailing address, even if they confirmed correct mailing address. They say it delivery is two weeks, expect more. Very unsatisfied with this situation. Order well in advance 2+ months to avoid issues.
Received a notice of unclaimed property for my late husband's account we had for a vehicle loan years ago. Tried closing the account. Provided death certificate and my identification. Just to be told oh we need legal documents. I asked what legal documents do you need other than the death certificate? Oh, we can't tell you because you aren't on the account. Called to discuss next steps with management and still over a week has gone by and no one has tried to help me resolve this matter. Total frustration. As if being a widow... read more
