I was sent here in April due to being suicidal and left with more trauma. It felt like the staff wanted people to kill themselves. On the plus side I got to read a really stupid book they had in their limited little library.
AVENIR saved my life. The team of caring and compassionate individuals ensured my medications were regulated and helped to nurse me back to life. To further promote my success, I was referred to an outstanding mental health facility for continued treatment. I have never felt better. This place saved my life. Many people might have different things to say but I went here during the absolute lowest point in my life detoxing hard from drugs. And for the first time in five years I feel like myself again. Thank you for giving me back myself!! One of the nurses took an hour of her time out to BRUSH OUT MY HAIR! That level of service is unheard of. Thank you Jen! You guys are ALL AMAZING!!!
We chose this center simply based on availability. They don’t offer counseling services, and sent my loved one home with medication for 2 different patients. I’m appalled at the lack of checks and balances
