My experience with our new manager is good. He listenes and is very helpful to our needs. I hope he stays around a long time.
Be careful not to bank on all you are told when touring the facility. You will be told what sound wonderful, but once you sign the lease disappointment will hit! There is also NO follow up when you inquire on something. They will talk to you like you matter, but this is just smoke up you butt. It is an acceptable community if you are not bothered by dirty halls (floors) and no privacy in your unit. If you need the staff to work with you that won't happen.
