Save yourself the hassle. They withheld the keys and cancelled our lease and asked us to re-apply, then lied about our refund being processed and mailed only to let us know 3 weeks later when we followed up that they actually will not refund us our rent and deposit. Once we told them about the law they then said they will process the refund and we can pick it up a certain date, then informed us it hasn't been approved yet; it's been 5 weeks.... Horrible experience.
The maintenance staff here has been incredibly responsive. Locked myself out of my bathroom and submitted a ticket on line along with a voicemail to the office because I couldn’t jimmy it open. He was at my door in less than 2 minutes and took 5 seconds to open. WOW!! I’m moving out of state soon and hope the maintenance staff at my new place is half as good!!
Very unreliable internet the last two months. Their internet hotline is not helpful either
