Very unreliable internet the last two months. Their internet hotline is not helpful either
Avendale has really gone downhill since Brittany isn’t here anymore. The new staff is rude, and constantly giving lease violation for petty things. Without even communicating! I’m thankful my House will be completed soon

My husband asked me not to leave this review but I’m going to due to this place unprofessionalism and lack of communication. My husband has been in search for a townhome with a respectable reputation in Bastrop. He found this place online and read the reviews thinking it would fit our family’s situation perfectly. Not only did they leave him hanging, no one responded to his emails, text msgs or calls after THEY SCHEDULED A TOUR A TOUR WITH HIM. He arrived to the leasing office only to find it closed and he was left confused.... read more
