Avendale has really gone downhill since Brittany isn’t here anymore. The new staff is rude, and constantly giving lease violation for petty things. Without even communicating! I’m thankful my House will be completed soon

My husband asked me not to leave this review but I’m going to due to this place unprofessionalism and lack of communication. My husband has been in search for a townhome with a respectable reputation in Bastrop. He found this place online and read the reviews thinking it would fit our family’s situation perfectly. Not only did they leave him hanging, no one responded to his emails, text msgs or calls after THEY SCHEDULED A TOUR A TOUR WITH HIM. The homes out here were soo poorly built that they are already falling apart. Foundations are cracking. And i see drug deals now. So sad for our town.
Toured with family looking at the community. This place is amazing! Never seen anything like it. You rent a little home but still have the benefits of apartments. But no stairs, no one above below beside or behind you. Perfect size little yards and no yard work. Close enough to town but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. Stephanie and Brittany in the office are the sweetest most patient people.
