I don't often write on-line reviews, but have to make an exception for Avelon Car Rental. I had car problems several times in August & Jenna provided a vehicle whenever I needed one. Great service and price was much better than the national chains.

We got the run around with our insurance provider (go figure!) and Jenna was so helpful and supportive of the situation. We will absolutely go back to her for any rental needs in the future. She may easily be the best rental industry customer service person my wife and I have ever dealt with. And, as you know - during times of need and tragedy, everyone is out to get you. Jenna felt like she was protecting us and our interests every step of the way!

Jenna was great. Need some cards to pass around Base Borden to drum up business for her!!! Addendum - I left a pair of earbuds in the car I rented. She found them and shipped them back to me at no extra cost. Person of the year in my books... Note: taxi to/from the Base Borden is expensive... arrange a ride!
