I recently graduated from the Aveda Institute in Bel Air, Maryland, after completing their four-month esthetician program, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. The instructors were absolutely amazing—especially Ms. Avon and Ms. Candace, who went above and beyond to make sure we were fully prepared for our state exams. They made sure we were punctual, knowledgeable, and confident, which really helped us succeed. I had a great experience getting a haircut here. She really took her time and made sure everything was even and blended well. She asked what I wanted, listened, and paid attention to the details. The cut came out exactly how I like it and felt very professional. Overall, a really good experience and I left happy with the results.
Very welcoming place! My Hairdresser Bryn Fletcher was wonderful. She asked questions to help me figure out how I wanted my hair cut and did an awesome job! She was very friendly and professional. My hair looked sooo good! The other people were very friendly and helpful!
After years of overpaying for a simple fade haircut I decided to give Aveda institute a try for the first time. Great experience and great prices! Additionally It felt nice to support students learning their trade.
Esthetician appointment: What an absolute wonderful experience, from the moment I walked in the door, Mr. Tony greeted me kindly. While waiting for my Esthetician appt, I was observing the cosmetology students hard at work and eager to learn.
