I had a 90-minute facial treatment with Elisha. Best experience ever! She was so professional and caring. She did a fantastic job, and I left my appointment reenergized. I highly recommend her.

I'm a previous Esthiology Instructor at this institution. I don't normally make reviews but the amount of emotional abuse I received at this job cannot go unnoticed. On multiple occasions, I was verbally assaulted by multiple students- while relaying my concerns and trauma from the Institute to the Director, Dana Lawrence. I was cussed at and called names as well as being yelled at in front of a disruptive student by Adina (Student Director/Counselor). I was a student in the Esthiology program here at Aveda. I wouldn’t recommend this school to anyone!!! The educators here are terrible. They make you feel stupid for asking questions, treat you with NO respect and won’t help you when you need it. When my classmates and I moved to the floor we were given a calendar on the first day by admin themselves. I have been attending Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute of Dallas for the esthetician program and would like to let anyone looking into this school know to NOT enroll in this program. The educators and Directors disregard any issues the students have and do nothing to help. There is a huge communication gap between the educators which leaves everyone not knowing what is going on or what to do. Being a student here is nothing less that horrible. This school is not worth $16000 the kits are $1850 and you don’t even get $600 worth of merchandise. They have taken a lot of things shout of the kits from the previous years but the kit price is still the same. We don’t even get things as simple as jade rollers or wax strips you have to buy your own now. Trevor is very condescending and rude he doesn’t care about the students at all and changes rules daily.
