Our adult child has been very happy with the service they have received. Except for one employee, who was let go as soon as we made a complaint she had fallen asleep, we have been thrilled with the care our family has received. Not happy. Thought service was ok at times and some people are nice and seem knowledgeable...but they paid staff on low end and I dont like how staff was people either. Ethics is too important to me, be good to people.
I do not recommend this agency for you to work at or a loved-one to use. This is a very large company, I would highly recommend using a small agency. If you have to use this agency I would NOT use this office.
This company was not a good service provider for my special needs child. I felt they treated me and the workers unfairly. We switched to UniqueAid where we are much happier and better served. It is a large company and blamed "corporare" for things that went wrong. I had several completely horrible experiences. I recommend lokk elsewhere. I don't recommend to use or work here.
If u are ever around at for the security guard Marian she is a wonderful women to help u around that the only reason I give this a 5 star because of the way Marian and she is a great a security guard at Morgan she treat everyone around her with respect and care.
