This is the most unprofessional office and health care company I've dealt with in Georgetown De. No communication with the "office staff" and aids. Don't answer thier phones and when they do they say they are working from home. REALLY? They dont call you to let you know our aid is ill and wont be coming . They out right lie to you about calling . Was told once when I called to ask if my aid was coming that I didn't get a call because the girl that handles my case is on vacation. REALLY? Wow!!!
