How the Regional Center’s are using the service is beyond me! I’ve been trying to get in touch with them for two weeks! I am a parent have a client who needs services and I received zero response in two weeks, they don’t have a telephone number to call, and once I finally got one, two weeks later, nobody answers! My daughters, Caretaker has not been paid for two weeks, her payroll did not come through today, there was no way for her to get in touch with anybody. Not very trustworthy when dealing with Families and Healthcare Professionals. Field staff is great but Management only cares about making money off clients and field staff. Pay your field staff accordingly since you are keeping quite a bit of the money for yourselves instead of paying field staff what they deserve!!!
