Charting system needs to be changed. Cubhub charting system would be better, it is more precise and helpful.
We have NEVER HAD ANY MAJOR problems with them as a nursing agency! We have used them to provide great care to out loved one for 6 years, I don't know where any of these poor reviews come from??! Love the nurses and the staff is great as well!
I've been on hold for over an hour and thirty minutes so far.....and still waiting. Absolutely unacceptable level of customer service! Update: Over 2 hours now...
If you are lucky enough to get one of the few good nurses as a regular nurse, prey they dont get sick or go on vacation, if they do you will be stuck without your contracted services until the regular nurse gets back.
