Wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone who has a person or persons that need nursing, my family has had nothing but issues dealing with them from lack of communication, never having a nurse that can work the scheduled times to nurses not even showing up when ther spose to again with no communication or notifications multiple times , not to mention the owner Helen is one of the nastiest people I've ever dealt with she is rude talks over you an will even hang up on you when on the phone with her there are many other options ... read more
