I have a friend that has a sick baby that you guys take care of. She always gets the short end of the stick EVERY SINGLE holiday. You guys can’t even fill a vacant shift nor does the agency have any fill in nurses bc of the “shortage”. Her baby has been hurt a few times by a nurse, they do no call no shows, the office fails to let them know when someone isn’t coming, the list goes on & on.
