It is a great bank and I have banked with them for almost 20 years but I will say one thing that irritates me the most is their ATM outside is always down and it makes a big inconvenience when you're trying to pull out money. They always have that orange cone sitting there
I specifically called this bank yesterday and asked can I go through the drive-through and pay my rent with my IDs. We’ve paid rent inside the building before so what is the damn difference. They told me yes. My husband goes up today to pay it. They tell him no tell him. Oh well she’s the only one working. So my rent will be late again thank you I guess you’re not gonna be paying the late fee will you? And will the landlord care nooooo because it’s he gets his money or we get out!
Worst bank in Oklahoma.so many better choices.
