The absolute worst form I decided to pick a couple years ago when I filed by my self and got denied they picked it up and sold me a dream for two years I couldn’t tell you how many arguments back and forth with there lawyers and receptionistists. I had to provide evidence that they supposedly subpoenaed for the case and end up telling me we tried they wouldn’t give us any medical records?????
