Asked them to pick up senior citizen passengers from international flight arriving at 7:35 PM at IAH. Driver showed up minutes after flight arrival and waited - I did not ask him to come so early. Older passengers had to make it through immigration/customs/ luggage and come to curbside - took about an hour and a half. They waited 30 minutes at curbside. My 68 year old nearly blind husband’s appointment was at 9 am today. Pick up in Cleveland, drop off in Pearland as a will call. He saw the dr at 10:30 am. After his appointment, they took him to Galveston to have to SIT AND WAIT on another pick up! The last I heard his driver was asleep cause there was nothing else to do! The driver called dispatch, but they did nothing. As of almost 2:30 pm, he is still not home! It’s dispatch! They don’t know what they’re doing with The Greater Houston Area Traffic!

I have to say, I don't know what the standard is for getting the best transport results for the clients and the company but I think that driver's are only as good as the dispatch and it is a complicated situation for me and likely the drivers as well when the dispatch team is all over the place and they take no pride in doing the best that they can! Keeping it simple and keeping an open mind are critical for this type of job!! Dispatch team is failing the company and the drivers and the clients!!
