The staff here at Avanti are always so kind to each and every person. They are caring, supporting, patient and loving with each resident.
We recently had the opportunity to visit with our local high school community service group, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made our students feel right at home from the moment we arrived. What stood out most was the warm, positive environment they've created for their residents. This is a welcoming place with a strong sense of community. The activities coordinator, Hope, brings so much energy and care to the residents!
A family member moved here almost two years ago and has been thriving since in ways that I have never seen! The workers there truly view her as their own and It is so heartwarming to know she is being loved and cared for!
We just moved dad out. Our experience raised serious concerns regarding billing transparency, safety, and responsiveness to family concerns. Despite repeated attempts to address issues directly with administration, we did not receive clear communication or resolution. I encourage families to thoroughly review contracts, service pricing, employee turnover and safety protocols before choosing this facility.
