I had a very sore hip and couldn’t walk for very long and after the first session I was given some stretches to do and could walk a lot better after just one week. One month later I have had two more sessions and am now doing 30 minute walks at the gym every day. I can definitely recommend Avanti Physiotherapy it has given me back my mobility.
