I bought 8 sets of Songbird towels, 2 sets of soap dispensers, and 6 bathroom rugs at Macy’s. I love the design and overall have been happy with my extensive purchases. The downfall is the quality of the rugs! The first time I gently wash them, at least 50% of the rugs came off! I have now washed them twice and they are looking thin and ragged. I am so disappointed.
