This place is a joke and should be shut down my dad was here for rehab they stopped his therapy they never gave me updates on how he was doing his room look so dirty they weren’t even showering him often or shaving him they didn’t even help feed him they sent my dad to the hospital last Friday in a dirty gown and he was so dirty his eyes were so full of crust that he was fighting with me because the crust was stuck to his eyes he was so dehydrated I could barely understand a word he was saying he died 5 days later in the hos... read more
Wonderful staff, from nurses, CNA’s and management. Everyone is super helpful
Therapy department is great. Everyone is friendly and knows you by name. Plenty of food. Nurses are also kind and hard working. Overall I’m pleased.
I would not recommend this place for your loved ones. Don't let the new remodel fool you. From management to the rn, cna they all don't care. Don't clean your loved ones, don't give medicine or help put on a cpap mask. Therapy is also a big joke. They just sit there and talk with co-workers, not even helping with exercises. If you want your loved one taken care of right, don't bring them here.
