My brother is in the facility in Elgin, Illinois and I wish I could remove him from this facility. When he first came to this facility the window wouldn't close. I brought it to the attention of the staff was told a maintenance person would address the situation. It was the end of February and very cold. A towel was put in the window to cut down cold air coming through the window. The next week the window still had not been addressed. Excellent people.
Mice running around and Lird only knows what else, this place needs to be shut down ! Definitely not a rehab center, they never walk or assist the patients. Stay away from this morgue
Amazing place to recover from accidents. The staff accommodates my desires as I see fit to see me improve.
I enjoyed my stay here at Avantara..the nurses and nurses aids are very nice..and the rest of the staff is good too..
