My grandmother was here for a short term rehabilitation stay. She ended up Septic and needing a neprostrosomy bag, then a CNA ripped the bag out of her side. Save your loved ones some heartache, look elsewhere
This is the worst place to go. I went there for wound care after surgery. I had to beg to get my bandages changed. My first night there i came in a ambulance one of the nurses seen me come in she stated "another new patient. I am going on break". When I got there no one showed me ro my room I had to roam around to find it. What a mess. I do not recommend this place. Julie k
my mother was here for a couple of weeks after a fall. it was not a good experience at all. She had some nice nurses, aides and physical therapist but several times her call light would go unanswered for over an hour.
If I could leave zero stars, I gladly would without a doubt. Walked in today to find my grandpa laying on the floor and his door was closed. We don’t know how long he was lying on the ground but my goodness. Then for the staff manager to yell at us to “not take any pictures”. The fact that everyone decides to just stand around instead of helping him up. Once they finally got him up, they found him to have had an accident and sitting in it for who knows how long.
