I went to Avant a dexa scan which gave me more information about my Body fat % and other important information about the current state of my body. Dr. Jack was very nice upon introduction and helped guide me through the process. After the test was complete we went over all the information and Dr. Jack broke down what all of the numbers from the exam meant and how I could improve based on my goals.
