Very shady. Jeff the owner talks you into his 5 year Battery and when it goes dead after 1 year and a 1/2 he will not honer the warranty. Do not do business if you plan on a battery lasting any time. It is very sad you try to do business with local owner and get treated like crap. I will go to a big retail stores from now on

I've been buying here for more than 20 years and have nothing but praise for the management and products. They usually have the best price and stand behind their products. No company replaces a battery after a year, most replacements are for 90 days to six months replacement,,then pro-rated. I believe some reviewers are unfair or at least unaware. Why support Walmart and the other big box stores when you can support a local family who spends their money here at home for the same price......................... thanks.
Have been doing transactions with them for close to 30 years now, and I have always gotten freindly down home service. They will not sell you a used battery unless it is YOUR choice. Batteries have always held up, and the prices have been lower than anywhere else. Makes for a good reason to keep coming back.....
