I ask an attendant if they could put a pedal on my bike and was told yes, bring it in. So I went home and grabbed my bike and returned. As soon as I walked into the store, the same guy stated o thats a ebike sorry we can't help you. I asked why not its just a foot pedal. He responded with, we are a treks dealer and not certified. Turns out, the manufacturer just sent 2 left pedals. I guess they are not certified to diagnosis bike pedals.
Friendly people!! They took care of me om an old bicycle I purchased, went above and beyond to get it on the road!
Went in to get a bike ordered from trek, the employee (horrible with names sorry) was very knowledgeable and helped me find my size, the bike I was originally looking at wasnt available in my size, he ended up pointing me in the right direction with the next model up that he had in my size on the showroom floor, very happy with the overall service, looking forward to future purchases and service!
He says that today Tuesday is open, I drive an hour and a half to get here and it is closed, the truth very disappointed.
Great bike shop. Stopped in today to purchase a Trek. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Was able to recommend the appropriate sizing and options. Ended up purchasing 2 bikes because of how well we were treated. Staff understood our needs and made us feel like there was no such thing as a stupid question. Great deals and service. Even threw in an awesome old school rockshox sticker.
