Unpleasant disappointment poor service and rude. Bike shop👎 lake Geneva Wrong guy buddy. You must be thinking about someone else. My experience was calling you on the phone. Goods and service definitely not here. You were short and dry!
They were very kind when they informed me that they don't do coffee anymore. Don't be misguided by the photos and review mentions like I was! That information is about their old location. They changed locations and are now just a bike shop :)
Their team did a great job of assessing the level of repairs needed on the bikes I brought and thoroughly explained everything that went into their service. Very straightforward with pricing and the estimate was nearly perfect in its accuracy.
Avant Cycle Cafe has wonderful coffee & is a cool place to hang out. I’ve had my bike expertly serviced there. Most recently I bought a Wahoo trainer from Avant, it’s kept me busy training indoors during the COVID-19 pandemic. I’ve also been fortunate to meet other like minded cyclists for our Sunday Morning Breakfast rides. It’s a great community and fabulous bike store gem.
