It feels like a home and the respect given my mom and I while there was so nice. No hard sell, no withholding amenities or costs just up front pricing. Really lovely place
The staff have been very helpful and supportive and welcoming. Moving into a new environment can be challenging and the staff have made this transition as comfortable as possible. We enjoy the residents. The meals are good. This has been a good decision for us.
There are many positives about Avamere, but the staff is what makes it so special.
When I visited as a potential employee, I looked for certain things as a CNA. What I found made me push to be an employee. I wanted to be part of this!! I've worked at a few assisted living, and the atmosphere when I arrived brought tears of joy. As I waited, I watched the residents engaged in morning exercise, I looked at the menu options and activities calendar, and I was truly impressed.
