I reached out for help with one simple issue on my Global Entry application: the system would not accept my street address. I wasn’t asking for assistance with the entire application—just help correcting this one address error. I was quoted $175 for something that would likely take only a few minutes. That price is completely unreasonable for such a small request, so I chose not to use her services.
