Driver was 45 minutes late and I almost missed my flight. I received no call, no text, no indication that this was happening. When I made the call to figure out what was going on, I was told that there was a parade that shut down streets, and that was what caused the delay. I just think that if a company is in the business of transporting people daily to and from the city to the airport, that they should be on top of this and plan accordingly...have the driver take another route or leave earlier and be aware of events and si... read more

Do not trust this company. On three separate occasions they typed in the pick up information wrong in their system, one car arrived an entire day early, and two never even showed up. After going over all my receipts, I was overcharged on FIVE different occasions. Drivers are claiming that the rides were over two hours each, when the distance between each point was 25 mins at most. They charged us $350 for a 25 minute car ride, claiming it was 2.5 hours long. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.

worst experience ever, they did not pay the drivers and when you call accounts payable department nobody picks up the phone
