This is the first time I have ever visited this facility. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism the courteous and the friendliness of their staff. Extremely clean and the Patience's seem very well taken care of.
Most of the employees are not very friendly and when you push the button for help, you can wait up to three hours before you even get them to come into the room and then they tell you they’ll be right with you and you wait another 25 minutes I would never recommend anybody to come here

Everyone here is very nice and helpful, I've been happy with every single employee that I have interacted with, but with that being said they could use more nurses! But I would like to see modern updates in the salon with more availability, and scheduled activities outside! The PT management could be changed, that would make a huge difference. Insurance will no longer cover my grandma's physical therapy, but we would like to pay for it out-of-pocket and to pay for physical therapy out-of-pocket is not allowed. My grandma is ... read more
