From start to finish the service was exceptional. Professional, reasonable, reliable and I would more than highly recommend them . More than happy with our screen (doggy Door )
I used Avalon to replace some old fly screens, the team were fantastic to deal with and the whole job happened smoothly. Would recommend.
Buyer beware. Clear, exact, detailed brief given as to what was required, needed, wanted re outdoor shutters. Brief not meet, installation stopped, deposit not refunded. No communication from Avalon Screens re refunding my $1500. Complaint lodged with Fair Trade & NCAT.
Had a great experience getting screens installed from Avalon. Very professional work, they made it easy. The finished product looks perfect, as if the screens had always been installed in the home rather than recently added.
Didn’t turn up for a quote as agreed. Zero communication. Super frustrating
