I had my first massage done by Maxine for severe sciatica that has been going on since November 2021. I’m now in tears from how happy I am that I can move with a LOT less pain. I've been seeing Jose for 2 years now and it has been game changing. I came to him with constant pain and discomfort in my back, knees, hips and shoulders. Now, I have never felt more stable & strong throughout my body. He has corrected my imbalances and I'm the most functionally strong I've ever been. I've been training with Jose for the past year and a half. I decided to challenge myself with the SFG1 instructor certification. With the certification completed I can say that Jose's experience and knowledge left me with no surprises during the certification, all of the technical details I needed was covered during my preparation. Trust the program.
I started going to see Jose about 4 years ago. I was physically broken. Years of overtraining and improper technique had resulted in multiple injuries and imbalances (including a torn right rotator cuff).
