My Mom has lived here for 3 years. She moved in the year after it opened. The staff is still awesome however the quality of the food has taken a high dive off into ‘meh’ pond. They’re making cutbacks that are affecting its merit. The facility is clean and most of the residents are friendly.
As I write this, I struggle to find the words to describe how wonderful Avalon is. My grandmother lived here for a few years—I was her caretaker and would visit her every day. As I did, I grew to love Avalon more and more. She struggled to take care of herself, and when she was unable to, when I was unable to, Avalon stepped in.
