The staff at Avalon in Allen, TX provided exceptional care for my family member during the final year of his life. The director Karescia is amazing and treats all of the residents with respect and dignity while going out of her way to help them feel comfortable and at home. If you have a need for memory care, I highly recommend Avalon.
Caring staff. I truly appreciated the love, attention and care Avalon provided to my mom the 4+ years she lived at the Allen location.
Staff are totally patient oriented and courteous. Environment is clean and spacious . Management is exceptionally competent and courteous.
