They charged me to put a few pieces of tape on a box. Nothing was said to me before, I would have taped it at home if I knew. Not friendly and they lost a customer over &1.25

Unfriendly and annoyed. Also overpriced. I went in to make copies and it didn’t say „no self help“. The copier is out front (not behind counter) and I was making copies and going to Pay for them: well apparently that was not okay. I (assume owner) lady came over and was huffing and puffing at me and very rude. I apologized and said I didn’t know it wasn’t self copying. Just very rude and didn’t treat me as a paying customer at all.
The Notary (Senora Marlene) was patient, understanding, and friendly. Excellent customer service. She immediately uploaded my business documents assuring me that all will be taken care of today.
No clue how this place gets more than 1 star. Staff is just rude, never open on time, and never stay till close. Maybe cheaper, but the service just sucks.
