Every staff member I came in contact with were pleasant and professional. I was kept apprised of the progress in settling my case which took almost a year. Considering my injury I'm satisfied with Avalon settling my case without going to litigation. Hopefully I won't have another liability injury, but if I do I will certainly contact Avalon Law
