dont go here they were recently brought by monterey cleaners the new owner loyld is very rude and unprofessional his cleaners on stapley and university burned my husband new uniform shirts and half ironed the pants and the owner loydl have the nerves to be rude about it and refuse to correct their horrible job and increased the price by 75 cent the owner loydl keep hanging up on me and yes i filed a complait with bbb

Brought 4 small Belgian wool rugs to be cleaned. Prepaid the charge of $32. When I returned to pick up the rugs, 2 rugs were not located and 2 had lining totally destroyed. Was promised repair by an alteration dept. After 3 additional visits when was met only with excuses and promises, finally was informed that 2 rugs were not to be found and 2 totally destroyed. Very very poor service I would never ever ever ever go to this freaking place again, they’re useless they don’t know what they’re doing and make promises they don’t keep , Took three pants so I can get it Taken in because there were a little long on me , Wednesday morning promise to be ready on Saturday, I go Saturday they didn’t even started they said they were too busy, so come back in the evening , so I went back in the afternoon and they said they forgot to do it my pants, I’m freaking believable never ever again or reco... read more
Took my comforter in on Wednesday. They had raised the price $5 from the last time. I was told it would be ready by Saturday. Saturday they said it would be ready on Monday morning. Tuesday they said it would be ready Tuesday night. It wasn't! I picked it up on Thursday after the 4th of July. I cannot, with a clear conscience, recommend this place.
