They have no communication that they sent my taxes to H&R. Never talked to an associate on what the taxes changed or how change for next year taxes. I have worked with them in the past 10 years but getting worse every year. Time to find somebody new.
I made an appointment online which they called a “glitch in the system” and refused to help me, then treated me rudely asking if I owed the government money. A Complete lack of professionalism all around. Hard to believe this place is still In business if they treat people this way.

Hello, I rarely leave reviews unless they are really positive or much worse. Anyway, I went here for a tax audit from the Wisconsin department the of revenue. This is something I could have handled myself, but since I have legal insurance, I am short of time, and not an expert; I enlisted their help.
